Returns & Exchanges

We Want You to Love Your Purchase

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of purchase or delivery.

To qualify for a return:

    • Merchandise must be unused and in its original condition.
    • Original packaging must accompany the item.
    • Proof of purchase is required.

Final Sale

The following items are final sale:

    • Personalized or custom merchandise
    • Sale merchandise

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For valuable returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Please do not return merchandise directly to the manufacturer.

Damaged or Defective Items

Earn Rewards

$1 spent = 1 point

Earn one point for every dollar spent on qualifying merchandise purchases made in-store or online.

Redeem Rewards

250 points = $25 reward

Rewards may be redeemed toward future purchases and are issued in $25 increments.

Reward Details

    • Rewards are valid for one year from the date issued.
    • Rewards are redeemable on future purchases in-store or online.
    • Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash.
    • Gift card purchases do not earn points.
    • Returned merchandise will result in a deduction of the corresponding points earned.
    • Rewards may not be combined with certain promotions or offers.
